Is it easy to install? Is it still secure after repeated use?

YES! I was a bit skeptical about the claims of this holder, but it has worked well for us. I hope it works as well for you. 
I feel it is worthy and easy to use, and have told my adult children about it since they too have purchased cheap ones that have fallen off and cannot be reused in different spots.
I bought one Vanmass car phone holder for my husband and he used it on the dash for a couple weeks and it NEVER fell off. He then moved it to the windshield because he needed his phone closer when using it as a Garmin. 
Simply wash the suction cup with soap and water, then air-dry it and it's ready to use again. 
It has been on windshield for several months now and has NOT fallen off once.
He was so impressed with this phone holder that he asked me to order another one for our home gym. It saves him the hassle of trying to keep his phone stable while working out.
The second holder has been out in our gym for a little over a month and NOT fallen off once. 
So, I'd say take the plunge and go for it. We haven't had any issues with the mount, and it has exceeded our expectations in terms of durability and reliability.
