I like the variety of styles for Barbie with clear directions. As a bonus, unlike most other books, there are patterns for Ken which look easy to modify for multiple looks. I am eager to get started.

This is a review for the Barbie clothes pattern book. It has the option for different sizes of dolls. Easy directions and you can choose what fabrics to use. This is the result for me when making clothes for Barbie and Ken. Totally worth it!

Patterns are really easy to use and instructions very easy to follow, my 8yo daughter it’s learning with this book how to use patterns and read them, follow instructions, etc… to make dolls clothes I don’t think is easy for her but perfect for understanding sewing… I actually got it for me to make clothes for her dolls, so for a sewer beginner adult I think it’s just perfect. The only thing I don’t like it’s that some patterns are overlapping and that you can’t really cut pattern pieces or you will not be able to read instructions 🤷🏽‍♀️that’s why I don’t give 5 stars to this book. So, I recommend you to use tissue paper and trace the pattern you are using on the size you want, since you will not be able to take copied nether, unless you have your own printer and don’t share them

As a more accomplished seamstress, the patterns used as they are printed did not give me quite the fit I wanted. But it was easy to take a nip or tuck here or there to improve the fit. For those who are just beginning to sew, they are a very good introduction.

The instructions are easier to follow than the patterns I have purchased previously. So far I made the witch outfits.

Definitely not for beginner seamstresses. The patterns are supposed to be already adapted for the various Barbie fashionista body types, but I had to make a *lot* of adjustments. Cute designs, but not exactly what I was looking for.

I have not done much sewing, but was able to use the patterns in this thorougly detailed book.Patterns are given for all shapes and sizes of Barbie. Some patterns are for Ken, and are equallywell described and explained.
