Soft sides are a game changer.
I purchased the Green/Black combination. The Green color is like a seafoam green and looks just like the picture. The bags came inside a larger sealed bag. The sides of the bags had some creases that made me nervous. If the seller packed a foam brick insert it something like that to hold the shape of a phone that might have prevented creasing.Nerves went away after it passed the tissue test and phone test. No leaks. I will update this review after my vacation where I plan to use it everyday. The material seems thinner than my last bag though so hopefully it holds up.It fits my Nexus 6 with its case on. The Nexus 6 is one of the widest phones ever made and my case is a Poetic Affinity series that I would consider to be on the bulky side with its thicker corners. The pictures are of that case inside the Green bag. Not at all a tight fit. Just snug enough to keep it from shifting around but still room enough so that it's not impossible to take out. You can see the space left on all sides in the pics.Honor 6X with case also fits easily. I imagine the plus size iPhones with case will fit as well. The main feature that sets this bag apart, and the reason I bought this bag, are the soft sides. Hitting the power and volume buttons is super easy now which makes underwater shots possible if you use the volume button as the shutter. Above water, the touchscreen works perfectly. If you want to use it for documents, it will fit a US Passport, US dollar bills, checkbook and even a boarding pass if you fold back the perforated stub. The closing mechanism isn't the most convenient if you need quick access though. So far, I recommend this waterproof bag.

Works great with a paper towel! More TBD.
I did the paper towel test and it passed. I submerged it fully for about 4 hours and the paper towel came out dry.I don't know how well it will hold up once it's been used a bit, but out of the box it seems to do exactly what it says it will.I like that the side buttons are accessable and it fits my pixel 3, case and all. You can not access the fingerprint sensor well, but the touch screen works great through it. Pictures are slightly affected, but that is to be expected. If it works as well as it seems to, I'd say it's a great product for the price! Will update again after actually using it with my phone.***Update. Worked great! In the ocean, down water slides (where my 6 year old dropped it and it went down on its own), in the pool. Definitely recommend!

Great for pics underwater on Princess Cay, Bahamas!
They look great, but it's functionality is the importance here and that's amazing on these waterproof phone cases! We got these for our cruise last month because our waterproof camera took a dive in Grand Turk last summer. Literally...We wanted to make sure that our crazy-expensive phones did NOT do the same thing😆. So, I did 2 tissue tests on each one. The first, weighted down in our tub. The 2nd, I got bold and took them in the shower. Over 5min submerged with all 4 tests. Both of them came through with flying colors! Now onto the "touchability" factor: No problems whatsoever with either of our phones, Samsung Galaxy S9+/ Samsung Note9. Everything worked as tho they weren't even in a case... In AND under the water both worked exceptionally well. (((Bonus: I have my phones camera set to auto-snap a pic when I say "smile"😁 and it worked fine IN the case, just not 💯 of the time underwater)))The ONLY kinda negative thing was that when we were videoing, above AND underwater the sound upon playback once back on the ship was muffled. Not to where you couldn't hear at all, just a funky muffle. BUT again, IF our *waterproof camera* hadn't taken a dive, we'd of just used that and not our phones. Note to self: Buy another brand camera BEFORE our next cruise in Feb!I will be buying these again, especially since these are great to also use as a stash pouch for things you don't want to leave just laying around when you get into the water and the lanyards let you just toss over your neck and go. I had cash/cabin key in mine along with my phone but it was a super tight fit and I didn't want to hazard overstretching it. All in All, this is truly a great pouch for our needs.

It works!
I'm a dummy and didn't test it before going into the water, but this case does exactly what it says it does! My fingerprint reader didn't work all that great with it, but my phone survived a trip to Maui with no issues in the pool or ocean.

Works!
I did the practice test with paper towel and submerged under water. I had to hold it under the water with a glass bowl because it kept popping up under the water. I had it under water for about two hours and just took it out and the paper towel is bone dry!! I’m hoping when snorkeling in Mexico it will be good too :) I think it will be good. The touch screen works well too.

Case leaked and ruined my phone, use double protection.
On the first day of my trip I used the case while snorkeling and it was fine. On day two I used it a water park and it filled with water. The case was completely closed as I had been using it for 3-4 hours with no issue. Then for whatever reason it filled with water and ruined my iPhone. The first day was great, but not worth the hassle of being out of the country with a broken phone. If you get this case, also put your phone in a smaller water proof incasing so you have double protection.I did the paper towel test, leaving it submerged in water for an hour and it was fine. It was also fine on the first day of my trip, there isn’t a hole in the bag, I had to open it to dump the water out, so I am thinking it just seeped in through the top.

As advertised
Great product but i requested them to be recieved by wednesday 11/06/18 and paid extra so i could use them on my cruise but never received until i got back. Not sure thats due to the seller and could be shipping or amazon so i still put 5 stars. Did fit my Note9 with the pop out spacer thing on the back that pops out for you to hold your phone (not sure what they are called lol) and it took photos clearly in the case and was easily useable in the case. Loved it. Wish i could've used it.

Accommodates a larger phone.
The Huawei Mate 20 is a "phablet" phone - check out the exact dimensions on the internet. It fits into these waterproof cases just fine.PROS: Yes, waterproof. Tested with a tissue inside and immersed in water for 30 minutes. Tissue remained dry.Cheap.Accommodates a larger phone. The sides panel physically enables you to use the side buttons on your phone when it is is the pouch - this is IMPORTANTCONS: The locking mechanism is a bit fiddly and doesn't seem too strong, but does seem to work - but not sure about durability and long-term waterproof qualities. The plastic is quite thick (which is therefore durable) but reduces touch sensitivity (making it more difficult to operate the phone in the pouch), it obscures the image quality when taking photos, and it cuts down on the sound when taking videos - but you can't have it all, can you? If you want your phone to be properly protected against water, then there has to be a compromise.Oh, I was a bit worried about condensation inside the pouch and it's possible effect on the phone. I tended to thereafter keep the phone in a waterproof jacket pocket and let it "breathe", which seemed to work ok.I took mine hiking because the Huawei Mate 20 is NOT waterproof. I kept the phone safe in the pouch a lot of the time, especially in torrential rain, but at other times I didn't bother with the pouch as it was a nuisance to get the phone in and out, so I kept it in a waterproof pocket of my jacket, which seemed to be ok. I didn't want to take many photos or videos when it was raining, so in the end I didn't use the pouch much at all.I'd defo take this on a summer holiday, especially if going on a boat, kyak, around the pool, or for the kids (coz they always end up dropping a phone in water on holiday); but I'm not so sure I'd take it backpacking again. It's a bit of a hassle getting it out of the case if you are going to use the phone a lot, but I can see the benefits of keeping it in the case when you're on the beach, or going swimming, etc. Watch out for condensation though. The other thing - the case also gives the phone physical protection if dropped.

Amazing product!
Went on holiday to Croatia recently and was a little nervous about leaving valuables on the beach, so bought this.Tested both pouches out before leaving by submerging overnight with tissues inside - no water got inside at all. I used it to hold my phone (Samsung S20+) and a few cards when swimming - kept them completely dry! The touch screen worked perfectly through the plastic (as long as the phone wasn't submerged) and the quality of pictures I was able to take was also fantastic! You wouldn't know there was a plastic case covering the lens.It didn't really get in the way when I was swimming around but I was in fairly shallow water. My friend used the other and actually managed to get two phones in as well as her cards, but of course this meant not being able to take pictures.Would definitely recommend this product!

Worked exactly as needed
Works so well! Got some amazing pictures of dolphins in the lagoon underwater with it! Touchscreen worked every time. I made sure to do a paper test first just to be sure the seals are perfect (im like that lol), and the locking mechanism for the seal on the top worked every time.Serious bit now, i feel its important to mention that ANY of these (and similar type of underwater protection cases) please always be aware that if you have your phone in here that its screen is only protected by that clear plastic of the case, so dont expect them to prevent a broken screen if you drop one or if it hits something hard like rocks or the edge of the pool etc, just like if it wasnt in the case-common sense must prevail..not assumptions. Also, when you have any underwater cases that seal properly, the difference of temperatures can occasionally cause condensation inside due to heat of the phone and air tempsl compared to the water temperatures etc, so remember to check if out for long periods that once away from water to actually allow air in to keep in dry inside.

Try it before...
One of the pouch wasn't seal well, like it wasn't proper sew.I went at the pool and the water broke in and cooked up my phone.I tried to save it and repair it but it didn't work anymore. You must try it at home before to use it.

Really works
These were replacements for a similar item which was lost overboard (together with my mobile phone). If it is ever retrieved from the bottom of the lough someone will find an intact smart phone because it was tested beforehand and found to be completely waterproof as advertised. I had also been able to make phone calls and take pics through the plastic cover. I can highly recommend this item. It works - but only if you keep it round your neck!!
