I had a mommy make over 6 weeks ago and the tummy cincher they put me in wasn't working, it was but the swelling in the beginning gave me Kardashian ass and it wouldn't stay down, kept rolling up. So I ordered this and it runs from above the knee to just under the boobs. It's VERY comfortable and the crotchless is truly crotchless. It's not hard to get on or take off. Now that swelling has gone down more I'm going to order the XL. I put the cincher on over this and it works great and doesn't roll up as before. It is the same brand as the post surgery cincher they put me in.

I have ordered 2 of these in the past eight weeks as I had a tummy tuck and need to wear compression all the time. This garment is comfortable and provides good support and compression. It does not roll down and the legs are seamless enough that it can be worn under leggings. I would definitely recommend this garment for anyone recovering from any abdominal surgery that requires compression. It also washes well and keeps its shape. I wear it 12-18 hours a day and it’s very comfortable.

I love how it makes my clothes looks so smooth and neat! Doesn't feel restricted.

Reason for the 3 stars is, it's a great product, however, out of the 2 I purchased, 1 came in with a hole next to the open crotch seam.

I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction in Oct. I was given an abdominal binder and compression bra from my surgeon. I have a short torso and the binder would ride up and cut into my breast reduction scars when I was sitting. It caused areas along the incision to open up. It was so painful and uncomfortable. I would pad the area but the open wounds still took over 3 weeks to heal. My surgeon did not offer any alternative other than to stop wearing the binder. I was still so swollen so I purchased this girdle. I love it!! It fits perfectly and does not come in contact with my scars at all. I love that it extends down past my lower hips and thighs as that were a lot of my swelling would settle. I purchased the size recommended by the measurement chart and it was correct.

First, let me say that I LOVE this stage 2 compression girdle! The fabric is very soft on my sensitive post-op skin and the compression is perfect for 4 weeks post-op. As the swelling from surgery goes down, I wanted a smaller size. So, I ordered it….they sent the wrong item…I returned it & ordered it again….same wrong item was sent…I returned it & ordered it again (yes, I really wanted it!)…right item, wrong size!!! Three strikes, I’m done with this third party distributor. Finally I went to the marena.com website and ordered directly. Not only was the price the same, but 20% off if you buy 2 AND 15% off if you subscribe to their site. Save yourself a lot of inconvenience and frustration and order directly from the company. The item gets 10 stars, the distributor I give -10 stars!
