I felt a difference for the BETTERthe fist day on these vitamins... and I've tried quite a few brands!! It's been 3 weeks now and I absolutely Love these. Great quality and a nice small size. The directions call for 2 a day. I only take one and they work amazingly!! Im in my 50's and very active with a keto/carnivore type diet. I will definitely purchase them again! 🌞✨️

Terrible smell. It does not bother my stomach as most vitamins do. I'll ignore the fish like smell.

I honestly can't explain why but this product has helped me with excessive hair loss. I first used this product a couple of years ago, but I didn't equate that my hair loss was better because of it. So, eventually I stopped taking it and a few months later I started to notice that my excessive hair loss was back. This product was the only thing I had changed. As a ditch effort I thought I would give it a go again. Honestly, within a week I started to notice improvement. It's been many months and I'm still seeing improvement. I know this product makes absolutely no claim in regard to hair loss improvement. For whatever reason it works for me and I'm sticking with it. FYI it is kind of stinky.

Love this multivitamin, I feel the difference when I take it, more energy and focused. Most multivitamin make me swell up but this one doesn't. Already bought my second one. ❤️
