Really cheap and plasticky but it is a Halloween costume so was expected. The hat doesn’t stay on my head at all so I usually have to fasten it with hair pins which is a pain. Could do with some elastic or equivalent to reduce this issue. I wear it for fundraising days around Halloween at work and it does the job.
