Great onion flavor.
The Onion and Garlic powders from Spicel are superb. Great fresh flavors. Keep Onion powder in an air tight container as it will absorb moisure easily if reserving some out of the bag.

Clumpy in a good way.
No anti caking agents in the organic version. Therefore it will get a little bit clumpy. Fantastic powder. Second order.

Great find for smooth sauces, etc. needing subtle, or strong, onion flavoring.
Wonderful addition to any recipe calling for onion flavoring without having to slice and cook the onions first. Like the fact that it's organic and that you can reseal the very nice package for freshness. Adds a subtle onion flavor to dishes like mashed potatoes, etc. - making them so much more flavorful.

Lovely flavor and NO HARD CLUMPS!
I used to keep a tin full of onion powder from the natural food store, but I found it was lumpy when I bought it, and it would soon turn into little pebbles I had to crush before adding to food. This onion powder is beautifully fine. It doesn't clump when you throw it into a saute and it has a lovely rich flavor. Put it on subscription. You'll be happy you did!
