Non delivery
Complained that the plants were not delivered, I was asked to check with neighbours, out houses etc. couldn’t find any evidence of plants, in any of these areas. New plants have now been received in great condition, thank you very much Thompson Morgan. Definitely deal with you again.

Good small healthy plant.
I was a little disappointed due to the fact it hasn't grown much yet.Plant was small but healthy. Maybe it needs time.

I brought this clematis it was out of the packaging and nearly deaf but hour 2 hours in miracle gro it started to come back alive

That the plant was very well wrapped up for postage.
The plant was well wapped for transport , although some of the leaves were quite yellowish and a few had dropped off in the packaging. Overall it was quite a nice little plant which will be a Birthday gift for a friend in August when I hope it will have grown a little and look a little better.

disgusted!disappointed!
I was looking forward to getting my plant BUT I am devastated.This plant arrived a n hour ago and was so dry it fell to bits as I took it from the box.What a waste of money.I have just got a similar plant from Homebase ,the same price but in great condition.I can't return it,I have binned it.I have been a Thomson and Morgan customer for years but never again.I can't understand how this could happen.I do not want a refund but hindsight is a wonderful thing and the picture you show is deceiving.

Poor quality plants
I ordered two clematis plants from Thompson and Morgan online through Amazon. The package arrived only containing one plant. When I complained a second plant was sent. the second plant was slightly better quality than the first which was very poor. Overall, I am not happy with the plants at all.

Not brilliant- only one was delivered, money refunded on other two!
One was delivered OK to my home, but the other two, one to Masons Farm and one to Allendale Caravan Park neverturned up (thanks, you refunded me on these 2)

The condition of the plant was unsatisfactory
Apologies, for submitting the photos of the plant I received from you a couple of days ago like this, but I cannot find an attachment to submit the photos any other way. There is not an attachment link on my AOL email. So I have had to do it this way. As you can see the plant top is dry and possibly dead.
