How do you refill the stamp?

The self inking stamp has a cartridge that's interchangeable with different color ink cartridges, so I would think you could order another extra cartridge in the color you prefer as a backup, and install it when the signature quality starts to diminish.

Is it possible to not re-size the signature to fit the stamp, but rather keep the original size of the signature?

I believe so. The size I submitted was the size I received.
