I really like these lights, except for 2 things:1) there is no switch on the cord (or remote control)2) there is no provision for attaching additional stringsI think for the price point compared to similar products, those should have been taken care of.I found these lights very easy to assemble. They worked right of of the box, but I failed to read the spec that they are not configured to add additional strings. Since I had purchased 3 strings I had to pull out the soldering iron and do some judicious splicing to tie the strings end to end. I also had to pick up a cord switch to add to the cord.Some years ago I purchased light strings made exactly like these, and those had a cord switch and were configured so that you could add additional strings. The power supply provided for this version is rated at one amp and the spec says each string only requires 0.25 amps, so the supply can easily handle 3 strings. It's a 3 volt supply and the wire is 24 gauge, so there is some voltage drop, slightly noticeable by about my 50th light. Connecting the additional strings was just a matter of doing some cutting and splicing (with solder) to extend the string to 60 lights. My application was to string 40' these around my porch ceiling, which is why I went to the trouble to string 3 of these end to end.Since the manufacturer did specify these aren't designed to add additional lights, I won't fault them for that, but omitting a cord switch is a 1 star reduction, especially given the price point.

I Used this to Accent a 120 inch Span of Windows. This will be left up year round and plugged in ( lite up ) for special occasions to enhance a dance party or whenever the Spirit moves me! Decorating can be made more Fun with these Colorful Lights hanging in Living Rooms, Dens, Kid’s Bedrooms, Basically any room that they can compliment. If there is an Outdoor party that is another option.ONE GRIB - ONLY ONE..... I have bought 2 Sets. It comes in a Tiny Plain Box with all the components to Build the Strand of Lanterns with the Lights plus a few extra pieces. BUT in that tiny Box ( 2 times) there was NOinstructions how to assemble. I have been building bookcases since Age 7 because my Mother was like “I Love Lucy”, so after staring a this JigsawPuzzle of Pieces for 10 minutes, I made Sense of it! Then to put it together, that requires nimble fingers to push and pull and bend the Plastic frames that fit into the Lantern outer casing. AVOID if You have 2 Thumbs! I WISH THEY MADE An Enhanced Version of This PUT TOGETHER ALREADY, which would cost the Company greater manufacturingcosts and warehousing space and packaging would be up also. SOYOU get what you pay for. Decide if the Savings is worth it or not.

As described!!!!Only personal complaint would be that this actually seemed a bit long for a standard balcony (not a problem for most people). So, I have a few lights that when lit - stand out on the floor of my balcony. So when looking at my building - there are a few lights out of place (can’t tuck them anywhere).Other than that, LOVE these.

I like the product , needs to be packed better.

Lights look fantasic, just what I needed

Hung on patio, fits perfectly above sliding glass door. Not too bright so I can leave em on all night and not blind the neighbors.

For the price they really are great. Nice warm glow. The bulbs do burn out fairly often. We get two strands and use one just for replacements. Not a big deal.

Absolute junk! I purchased these lights for some nice lighting on our back deck. After only 8 hours I have 4 burnt out lights on two strings of lights. I tried going through product support with Amazon and they referred me to the manufacturer, Lokatse. Their product support phone number and email is disconnected and unreachable. Replacement bulbs have been impossible to find so far as well. Annoyed!!
