Musiclily 11-Hole SSS Prewired Loaded Pickguard with Single Coil Pickups Set for Fender Squier Strat Electric Guitar, 4Ply Aged White Pearl

This was a wonderful addition to my fixer upper squire Strat. I picked up this guitar years ago at a garage sale, its screws and knobs were very rusty. Not to mention the pick ups and the volume kit knobs falling out or not making any adjustments. Once I replaced it with this kit, it brought the guitar back to life, the tone is wonderful and it was so easy to install with very easy instructions to follow, just need to watch some YouTube videos if you’re uncomfortable with what you have to do. You will need to solder so I recommend making sure you have a solder gun. Once again the value of this thing is unmatched and you will have immediate satisfaction upon noticing it’s functionality and tone

Sounds great and looks great. For those that complain about the pickguard holes not matching up, you know, I light tap on the screw head and it self threads in a new spot. Who cares if you have some extra screw holes hidden under the pickguard.

So I’m pretty impressed with the value and quality of this product. I had this hunk of junk Chinese “starcaster strat guitar by fender” for years after a friend gave it to me. I just decided one day I wanted to rebuild it and make it a playable guitar and worthy of being hung on the wall next to my other ones. I’m really happy the way the build turned out and impressed with how good it sounds. All in all I spent $120 on the build and the guitar easily plays like a $400 guitar. I definitely recommend this product for cheap strat style guitars you’re doing a budget build on. Keep on makin music friends! Cheers!

The Musiclily 11-Hole SSS Prewired Loaded Pickguard with Single Coil Pickups I ordered for my strat copy worked out great! the fit was perfect, it made for an easy swap and upgrade from the old dated pickups that were there, and the 4Ply Aged White Pearl looks fantastic, so much better. The holes aligned up nicely as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Shockingly great sound and looks! Brought my old Strat Squire back to life and I couldn’t be happier with it

Haven't installed this yet but I bought another version a couple years ago and it works great , so I'm expecting the same quality and sound from this one for my diy strat build I'm working on. Edit 1/20/25 installed on my all black strat build and looks and sounds awesome!

I don't think I've ever written a review before, but had to for this.Bought and set up originally for a squire, decided to test the resistance of each pickup and found that they were more consistent than the factory ones in my actual MIM strat, ranged around 6-6.5k. after raking/adjusting pickup heights found they sounded better too and was actually legitimately mad about that for like 2 minutes, and just decided to swap them onto my fender.Not exactly sure what magnets were used in these, but thinking alnico 4's? A little bit of noise is present, but that's to be expected with all single coils, and isn't any worse than others I've played. If you're thinking about going for these, you definitely should, A great middle ground set of pickups that can be used for pretty much anything with a proper set up.
