I have a 7 year old who brings home a lot of germs from school and sleeps in my bed when she’s sick so buying this to boost my immune system was a no brainer. I already had a mild cold when I started taking these two weeks ago and it never progressed. It was gone as quick as it had started which is usually not the case. I eat a pretty healthy plant based diet but felt like I needed a little more support during the cold and flu season so finding a vegan supplement was great. Taking these during the Covid-19 pandemic gives me even further peace of mind. I love how they don’t add anything else to it and you get exactly what you pay for. The pills are easy to swallow and I didn’t experience any adverse affects. Would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for a high quality vegan supplement!

I definitely LOVE the Echinacea supplement from Fresh Nutrition. My family and I have decided that this product will continue being part of our (family) daily supplements. I suffer of lots of allergies and my husband has had a chronic asthma condition since he was a child. I received our echinacea supplement 3 days just before we went camping and we started the supplement right away. The temperature went down 28° and neither my husband and I experience any allergies, itchiness, coughing or sneezing. We were totally thrilled because we didn't have to leave the camp early. Finally our family was able to enjoy outdoor camping and we stop using our Singulair. This wonderful echinacea supplement took us out of the terrible drug we were using for years. But that is not the best of all; this supplement is not harmful to our bodies and is totally natural, vegan, gluten free and soy free. Highly recommend!!!!

I ordered a bottle of this and received it just as I felt like I was coming down with a cold. I am generally pretty healthy and don't get sick often, and I hate having a cold. I started taking this ASAP. I was pleasantly surprised that my cold didn't seem to progress and it was super mild with a slight sniffly nose for a few days which didn't affect my day to day life. I also like that echinacia may help fight infections and supports the immune system. There is no added junk in this supplement, just echinacia and the vegetarian capsule. Definitely a supplement that I will keep on hand.

I was able to try this product at the perfect time, during the corona virus quarantine. I know that echinacea strengthens ur immune system so I was really confident & felt extra safe whenever I went somewhere. The pills are easy to swallow & no burp aftertaste like some stuff gives you. Echinacea root is used in this product which is the strongest & best part of the plant. And a decent price for the amount of pills you get. I would definitely recommend this product & will most likely purchase again in the future.

I have a pretty good immune system as it but ordered this to help boost immunity. Pros: There is no taste or cause nausea. It’s recommended to take with food but I have done without and haven’t caused any issues. Downside is a dose is 3 capsules which when taking along with other supplements the amount of pills to swallow quickly add up. The capsules are on the larger side but are easy to swallow.

I tried out this product and was pleasantly surprised. I had started taking it and one morning got cold symptoms, then I took my morning recommended dose of echinacea and my cold symptoms were almost nonexistent soon after. This is a good supplement to take when feeling sick, not sure if I would take it daily as the price can add up. My only issue was when I removed the sealed cap the entire label peeled off too which is inconvenient to keep track of but that was it.Overall, a good product!
