Received product yesterday, used it in the shower for less than 20 seconds. And my feet show zero signs of EVER having cracks (you know sometimes when your feet are badly cracked and even after a good pedicure you can see faint lines where the cracks were and it might take another 1 or 2 attempts before you get rid of it completely if at all?)My feet develop cracks/tough skin pretty quickly if I neglect it, even if I just walk barefoot inside the house for a few days straight. Since I haven't been going out for pedicures (blame covid) it had been esp bad this past year. I had a vega foot file at home which was okayyy in its function but rubbish in its design (the file is stuck onto the handle using some kind of double sided tape/glue which came off in 2 uses).But this one isn't like that at all. The best part of this product is that it's one solid build, so I'm guessing it'll last many years. I have to be honest it DOES look an awful lot like a kitchen grater (maybe it is??? oops), and it's very sharp!! But overall it looked very promising and I couldn't wait to take care of the cracks and half peeled dead skin on my heels. I wouldn't use this product more than once or MAX twice a month because it might be too sharp and if I don't actually have considerable build up of dead skin, it might ruthlessly scarp off normal skin too.I have no problem with the size (it's considerably BIG), it helped getting the job done in just a few smooth sweeps. Also I don't need to use this between toes and small areas so it doesn't bother me. Just make sure to be aware that it is pretty sharp and if you go rubbing the sides of your toes and feet, you might get injured (I say this with experience: I got a little excited after seeing how great it was working and went in for a quick final round of scraping all over my feet and scarped off a bit of skin on the side of my toe. YIKES) Next time I will be more careful and use this product on areas it is designed to use ( you don't feel it's sharp at all when used on the back of the feet). Still give this a 10/10. Best, fastest tool I've used to get rid of my heel cracks!

This tool is the right one to get rid of your cracked heels. I have wasted my money in pedicures in parlours, which dint even remove or clear the cracks completely.Using this heel scrubber is the perfect solution for removing calluses in less that 5 mins. I’m so impressed and I dint have a chance to click pictures. It evened out the cracked areas. Use it gently after your feet is soaked in water, when it’s very moist and soft, I have not tried it in dry feet yet.But results are excellent, no need for expensive pedicures to remove calluses, which was not helpful for me at all.I highly recommend this product, it’s simple, effective , brilliant and the best part is cost effective.

Product is good. Could be more sturdy

This is one of the best foot scrapper I have come across after buying all kinds available in market. This was being used by my urban company technician who was doing my pedicure. With in minutes my dead skin was out and my foot was strapped, off course she had to smothen it with a embry board scrapper. I ordered this immediately and delivery was quick. This item is not meant for people with baby skin as it would hurt but ideal of middle aged folks who with age get dead skin despite all the care. You need to use this with caution. Don’t get confused with the comments that this is like a vegetable grater. It does it’s job very well and steel quality is also good with no rust

I had some rough skin on the heel after a 10 day beach trip. This scrubber is simply amazing, its quite sturdy, easy and well-designed to hold and easily takes off the dead cells from the skin.

I am writing to share my experience with a recent purchase of the foot scrapper. This was my second time buying the product. The first time I purchased it during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was absolutely amazed by its effectiveness. The scrapper worked wonders in removing dead skin and calluses from my feet, and it remained sharp and efficient for almost two years.However, my recent purchase has been quite disappointing. It appears that I may have received a used product this time. The scrapper lacks the sharpness that is necessary to effectively remove dead skin and calluses from my toes. Unfortunately, it has been completely ineffective and feels like a total waste.
