I've got a short haired whippet cross greyhound so he's roughly medium sized. I've tried soft brushes which in the past which were OKAY, but my dog loves this brush for some reason. He comes to me all by himself as soon as he sees the brush. The first few times took a while to get all of the loose hair out but now his coat looks even better and healthier than before. It's very sturdy and has 2 brush types attached. Happy dog & happy owner . 5/5.

OMG! I've been brushing my kitten every day for months following a bout of hairballs. I thought a cat brush was a cat brush! No. This one is absolutely amazing! I got this much out (see photo) in a few strokes using the fine-teeth side! I'm astounded. She loved it, too, and didn't stop purring. Her fur feels soooooo soft and there are NO shedding hairs when I stroke her now. Get one and combine daily brushing with the Beaphar hairball paste. NO MORE cat hair on your clothes; no more hairballs!! I'm really chuffed with this and so is she! 😁😸

I was dubious about getting something like this due to all the bad stigma surrounding the Furminator brand and how you shouldn’t use them on double coated breeds.However, as it states in the description, there’s no blade so it will not sheer your dogs coat. I have a husky and a husky x malamute, so there’s always hair. It’s blowing season so it’s currently 100% worse. You can see the difference between the before and after.My female usually hates being brushed, but also hates having bits of fluff hanging off of her because it irritates her. Used this on her and the smooth rounded tips of the rake must soothe her skin or scratch the right itch because she loves it. She’s never stood so still during brush time.Would definitely recommend to any snow breed owner.

I can't think why I haven't bought one of these before now. My English setter's coat tends to become very curly. After using this great groomer it now lies flat and sleek and looks fantastic . This must be because all the under fluff has been removed. I thought the teeth might have been a bit sharp for her sensitive skin, but you hardly need any pressure and she was very comfortable. There is no doubt there will be much less setter hair deposited all over the house!! A great piece of grooming equipment.

This is much larger than it looks on the photos! But too bulky for me, but seems to brush pup OK.

Oh my god... where has this been all my life. I have spent a small fortune on many different pet brushes in my life. This is by far the best, as you can see in the pictures there is a brown paper bag full of hair off my cat, this was after five minutes of brushing. Oh, and immediately before this I had brushed her with another brush. My mum runs an animal sanctuary and was given one to use, it was her that put me onto it. Buy this and you will not be disappointed, you don't even have to force it, the brush quickly deals with tangles and dead fur. My girl now has a glossy smooth coat. I wish I could give it ten stars... it deserves it. A very happy buyer... and his cat.

Fantastic product!!I wanted a comb that would get all the loose hair and undercoat of my lab as he was shedding like crazy and this item worked wonders. I was absolutely shocked at the amount of fur I got off of him in one brushing. I have tried normal brushes and combs and none of them got this amount of fur out. You can choose between two setting for larger area or smaller area by rotating the arm. the comb was realy easy to use and you dont have to press hard to get the fur out. Really pleased with this item.
