The keyboard is horrible and randomly toggles the Num Lock. Therefore instead of the key you are pressing actually registering, it inserts a number. Really great for locking an account when you keep getting the passcode incorrect. The TouchPad buttons need to slammed in order to register sometimes. The screen is touchscreen and you can't turn it off. You don't realize how much you accidentally touch the screen until you have this smoking pile of garbage. Comes with a useless and obtrusive handle in from that you can remove with four screws. It has an underside attachment so you can tether it to your hand and use the laptop as a tablet. Would be a nice feature if it didn't weigh as much as a cinder block. The fan is loud and seriously chatters on and off. Constantly. It is sooo annoying. One nice feature is that it has a fingerprint reader which allows you to unlock your computer without having to use a password. Of course the usefulness of this is shadowed by the fact that it is almost impossible to use it without touching the screen.
