I really like Bio Tech Vitamins, and this is my favorite. To keep from breaking bones I need my D3 to be up. In the last 6 months I switched to D3 Plus from the plain D3. Mainly nearly everyone is low in magnesium and the D3 Plus has magnesium that absorbs better than most. My last doctors check up my D3 was in the range my doctor wanted.

This is one of the view products that combines Vitamins D and K, the latter one very important in aiding with the absorption of D.
