Easy to use and worked great. Same connectors that come from my vehicle manufacturer on their OE dash cam kit installed by the dealership. These have been in use in my car for several years and I've had zero issues.

These worked perfectly for tapping into rear speakers on an F150 for adding an amp. Never used them before but they are pretty self explanatory. Good product.

Are they expensive compared to your dime-a-dozen taps? Yeah, sure. But they WORK. They use a tiny pin to pierce the wire and make a connection, meaning A) there's no risk of accidentally cutting through your wire (or possibly severing any of the internal strands) and B) it's non-destructive, so you can remove the tap with no issue. Throw on a tiny piece of electrical tape afterwards for good measure, but you'll barely be able to find where it pierced. And the nature of how it works means the connection is rock-solid. Great, great, great for non-destructively tapping into car wiring.

I wish had had discovered these years ago. They make tapping wires super quick and easy and the connections seem very solid. I never trusted other types of taps after seeing several failures, so I was either soldering or splicing with crimps and then heat shrink and that was always a very long and time consuming process. These are just make things so fast and easy - you can tap into a wire with a solid connection in mere seconds and a wiring project that might have taken 30 minutes before only takes 5.

In the right situation this is an easy way to tap into a wiring harness with minimal intrusion.

I used these during installation for my 11th gen Honda Civic. Since the car did not come with fog lights in the US, I purchased aftermarket fog lights. I used these to tap into the BLUE driver side headlight wire to power the fog lights. Note: I had to cut a small slit in the head light wire due to these not penetrating the wire to access the raw wire for power. I tried several times by lining up the blue wire and screwing down hard, but it wouldn’t cut through the wire. BUT once this small adjustment was made, these made life easy and worked flawlessly. I recommend them for sure!
