Q: My son needs to gain weight, are these kid friendly?

I don’t see why they are not. You might be able to buy individual ones to view the ingredients.

I’m currently awaiting delivery of more Clif bars, so don’t have a bar or box to go to. My daughter uses them, and she is very particular about the ingredients, grams of protein, etc. She first bought them in our local store so maybe that is when she satisfied herself about the ingredients. Have you googled the company for a customer service number instead of going through the site? I’d try that.
