Bad product. Poor customer service
The product is very bad. Received a faulty piece. There is leakage in the valve due to which flame was coming out of the Knob. Even when the Knob is switch off the gas was leaking and flame was still there. The customer service is very bad ... reached out to them Multiple times from 10 days but still not got any solution. Do not buy this product.

Product is good but one manufacturing defect
The product is good. We ordered two stoves with 3 burner, but one stove with one burner stand is defective. Not able to contact amazon for replacement of that piece alone. Looks like need to return complete product. Kindly help with exchange of that one burner stand alone.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS PRODUCT HAS 2 YEARS OF WARRANTY AND THEY ARE ASKING ME TO REACH OUT TO THE COMPANY. If I had to reach out to the company by myself I should have bought it directly from them. the issue with this product is out of the three burners, only one works properly. The middle burner turns black and makes the vessels black as well. The first burner shuts off when left on Sim. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. When you contact the customer care team, they will ask you to send an email to the company. However, there is a long waiting period before you receive any response or resolution. The overall quality is disappointing, and the customer service process is slow and unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product altogether.
