Nice product

I want to return the product and get a refund but it's showing only to re-exchange the product with the same. Also the product looks very old feels like it was used by someone earlier and returned again.

It works okay. Suitable for bangs. Not suitable for medium/long hair, and there is no return policy, there is only replacement. Even though the page tells you there is 7 days return policy,there isn't.so before investing you're money think twice.

Packaging is bad

1. Test the product thoroughly after buying, the two metal plates should touch each other. When I ordered the plates never touched! It was defective product.2. After returning, the new product was working well. Able to straighten sarees really well.3. Overall experience - good 👍 worth for the money, can't expect temperature control for this less pricing

I like the colour and yea' it straight your hair too but I think it will damage your hair coz it is not that good quality....you can straighten your hair but it takes too much of your time.... I actually used this for many times to straight my flex cuts.....🙂👍🏻and it's also worked!!
