Works great! Love it
Not a heavy oil, it's light weight, soothes the scalp and smells amazing ! I wear synthetic dreads and I put it on my scalp and rub some through, softens them a bit but isn't oily to the touch through out the day

Great on Synthetic Dreads
A few days ago I asked if this would be good for synthetic dreads. The answer, which I got within hours, was yes so I picked it up right away. Now I can give my evaluation. I was having problems with my dreads sticking together like velcro and then loosening when they pulled apart. I can officially say that this not only helps keep them separated, but it pulls them back together so they're more cohesive. It actually gives them a smidge bit of a shine, too, which they'd never had. I do perfume reviews, so I'm picky about fragrance. This smells exotic and comforting... and it stays with you. It's been a pleasure wearing perfumes with this and smelling them play together.I also want to add that every time I've shopped from Dollylocks, my order was shipped the day of and received three days later. That's almost Amazon Prime fast, so color me impressed.

Wrong scent but good product
I got the wrong scent but other than that it's a good oil for my dreadlocks and loose hairs too

Great Smell, Leaves Hair Moisturized
Several people complained about the intensity of the smell, but I specifically got it because of the strong smell.I moisturize my scalp once a week after washing and conditioning my hair and scalp. By the time wash day rolls around again, the smell is mostly gone. The oil is specifically geared towards locs and only oiling one's hair periodically (4 times a month or twice a month, depending on your hair). So, I would definitely not recommend using this product more than once a week because anymore than that, your hair is going to smell like very fragrant incense!

Great moisturizer and scent lasts
I do not have dreadlocks but nag champa is my favorite scent. I purchased this oil and add a drop or two to a leave-in conditioner. I also use the oil as a hand/nail/skin moisturizer. The scent is spot-on and it lasts.

Great Conditioning Oil. Even without Locks!
When I had dreadlocks this conditioning oil is really awesome. If you have dreads and find you're needing some conditioning on your locks I think this product really did the job on mine. my scalp tends to be on the dry side and I use this product even still, without dreads. It adds a bit of moisture especially when you're going through the process of dreads.I tend to have a fairly dry scalp, especially in the winters. When I decided to commit to having natural dreadlocks I was really concerned about my scalp becoming too dry, mostly during the winter.I thought this oil worked really well on my locks without adding much build up. I did not use this oil every day, but rather once a week or so and mostly on my ends, rather than towards my roots to avoid grease build up.

Nothing special
Nothing special about this hair oil. It has a very light pleasant scent that does NOT smell like nag champa. Really, any good oil-- avocado, olive, hemp, etc-- would work just as well.
