Do these really glow in the dark?

Yes but not super bright. You will have to lay them out in the sun or bright little room. They work good for me and my kids.

Would these blow away in strong winds

I have the green glow in the dark set and I haven't personally had them blow away but if the wind got up strong enough I believe they will

Can this plate be rolled up and fit into a bat bag?

Each base and the plate are the same thickness and material. Only shapes vary. The plate and bases can be definitely be rolled up though may need to be rw-flattened ( put weight on it) once unrolled SO short answer is YES

What is the thickness of the plate?

The plate and the other bases are all the same thickness. They are on the thin side BIT are price according. I had a set prior which lasted about 7 years with moderate use

Great product at a great price.

These are perfect for a quick backyard game. They seem to be durable but are light weight. They are a bit slippery since we use them on grass, not sure if they would be on concrete. I would recommend buying if you are looking for an affordable set of bases to set up in the backyard or take to a field.
