Nice air shock by a reputable company
I purchased these to put on my Chevy Silverado 3500 to help level my load when pulling my camper. Do these installed very easy and did the job very well. The shock itself is of good quality however if there was anyone fault with this, it would be the plastic Key filler connection where I would have preferred to see a brass filler valve T and brass connector instead of plastic. So far no leaks and the ride quality is good. They were a perfect fit and a good value solution for leveling my truck when hauling my camper.

They work great
They work great. My old Mercury, would scrape the rear bumper and trailer hitchcoming in and out of the driveway. It got worse when I added junk in my trunk . I put the these air shocks on and put a little air in them and I can get in and out of the driveway without scraping.

Nice shocks, poor air line kit.
Shocks are good quality. The air line kit was difficult to stop leaks. The bumper mount valve is plastic and the threads strip very easily making it difficult to keep it mounted.

HiJackers for my classic ride
I installed these air shocks on my 1966 F100 today to raise the rear end due to old, tired leaf springs. They went in quickly and easily. Before I ordered them I was a little concerned about the plastic fittings, but once I began putting things together I was impressed with the snug connections. No instructions were provided so I had to look on the Gabriel website. They have a short video on how to do a HiJackers installation which was very helpful. Afterwards I took my truck out for a spin and am happy with the smooth ride and no saggy butt.

Don't Waste Your Money
I put these on my 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 to level the rear of my truck when I would use an auto hauler. When I bought these the window that says these will or will not fit your vehicle indicated they would. Why would I buy something that did not or would not fit? Now the window says they won't! The shocks fit my truck just fine and were easy to install. Installation took place at approximately 15,000 miles and they seemed to work really well over the last few of years. I only used the auto hauler approximately 5 times in the time the shocks were on the truck. The rest of the time the truck was used just as transportation with nothing in the bed. About a month ago, at about 45,000 miles I noticed a knocking noise...is that a good description?....coming from the rear of the truck when I would go over a bump. I have a 4 post lift in my garage and today I put the truck on the lift to check things out. I found that all of the bushings had become loose and the rubber had migrated out of position so that the ends of the shocks were no longer centered in the mounting brackets on the truck, and the edges of the ends were rubbing on the brackets! Plus the "Bell" on the top of one of the shocks had broken loose from the shaft and was free floating. I've used Gabriel shocks over the years and they used to be really good quality. Now they're just another piece of junk made in Mexico...or to be politically correct..Hecho en Mexico. So I would recommend to not waste your money on these. UPDATE: I ordered the ACDelco air shocks for the rear of my truck to replace the above shocks. When I received the Delco shocks and opened the box guess what....they are the identical shock as the the Gabriel that "won't fit my vehicle". The number stamped on the shock absorber is the same on both brands! And both are made in Mexico... I noticed on the Delco shocks that one of the bushings was already misshapen and was positioned wrong in the shock end. So I opted to return the ACDelco shocks before even installing them. Why replace junk with junk?

100% recommend
This was installed on my 06 Silverado, I had a 3/6 drop and I had NO c notch. With these shocks I never hit my frame at all. You do have to get shock extenders with these if you want to run them on a lowered truck. I was surprised on how I didn’t hit frame at all. Even with a full tank of gas and 100-200 pounds in the back I never hit. Super easy to install just like regular shocks , you don’t have to jack up the truck

Love 'em!
Installed these on a 2005 LeSabre and they fit perfectly and ride well. The OEM Delco part number that GM gives crosses to these shocks - in fact they're the same as the AC-Delcos selling on Amazon for 25 bucks more a pair. The original plastic air lines on the Buick were the snap-on type with a retainer clip and these Gabriels are threaded but Gabriel supplies a fitting kit that makes it a snap (er, I mean, a twist) to install. There was ample length on my factory airlines to attach to these shocks even with snipping off the 90-degree connector that was OEM. NOTE - do not use a flush or diagonal cutters on the plastic airline. The inside diameter is so small (well under a millimeter) you'll crush it. Use an exacto knife and slice it cleanly. There is an included large spring you're supposed to install in the dryer - however I omitted it and figured I'd see how the car performs first. The compressor comes on for a self-check as it's supposed to and then everything levels out. I see no reason to change the spring. Your mileage may vary of course. As for ride comfort, I see little difference between these new ones and the originals. They're a bit stiffer, ever so slightly, but hey they're new. That's to be expected. I saw reviews of the MA822's and it seemed more people said they were stiffer than not and I wanted to keep that large car ride intact as much as possible. No complaints here. Note that I don't have the stiff suspension option (the F41) so maybe for the firm-ride options the Monroes may not be as stiff since the springs are tighter to begin with. With the FE1 soft-ride these are the way to go. Overall these shocks are super and for a saving of nearly 480 over dealer price (535 to install) you cannot beat this set.

Great quality shocks. Currently running a pair on the back on my 3 wheeler as air bags. They required modification but as a test set are handling everything pretty good 👍 One thing to watch for is if you are looking for eyelets on top and bottom 👆 The top is not an eyelet on the 13" model. It is made to bolt upwards into a mount. The 15 inch model has eyelets on top and bottom. Easy to fix but the picture can be deceiving.

Good seller, good product, good value. Thank you! I have one problem, they do slowly leak pressure over about 24 hours unfortunately I have been unable to track the source so far. Apart from that they work well and they are less harsh than the standard shocks that I replaced.
