What are the components in the product that absorb light? It does not say on the container.

Sorry, I don't know the answer. For me why I use this product is I'm older than dirt, have very dry sensitive skin, live in the PNW where we have a higher percentage of people w/skin cancer as even though it looks gloomy outside sometimes the sun gets through.

I'm sorry but I can't answer this question. I threw the box away when I started using the product and can find no expiration date on my bottle.

Which country is the lightweight formula made for? They do not offer this lightweight version for the US market.

I am guessing this product is made for the European market as it is made by Proctor and Gamble UK, Weybridge Surrey, UK. Made in EU I hope this info helps.
