I do not mind doing this, but you may have questions on other products also.

Q: Is this supposed to be white? look milky?

No, it doesn't look white or milky. The color is given by resins and pigments which are not the main active substances, the color may vary depending on the batch of raw materials. The raw material that comes from the same supplier, when infused, can give a different color. The age of the plant from which the extract is made is of great importance. The older plant is, the darker extract will be. Hawaii Pharm produces extracts strictly according to the technology and doesn't economize raw materials.

Q: What is the percentage of boswellic acids in product?

They produce not standardized liquid extracts that represent the full-spectrum of the original plant. Unfortunately, they do not have precise information how much boswellic acid is exactly contained in this liquid extract, but 1 ml of liquid extract contains herb extractives of 330 mg dried plant material.

Q: Whats the difference between the extract and the tincture?

A tincture and an extract are prepared differently! Where as the the tincture or extracts consistency is determined by the herbal amount mixed in the alcohol or glycerin. Tinctures consists of 1 part herbs to 3 parts alcohol or glycerin. Extracts are 1 part alcohol or glycerin to 1 part herb. I believe it is a preference, they both work well. All so look for - if contains glycerin make sure it is vegetable glycerin and does not come from animals! It is healthier in my opinion especially if you follow kosher or vegan guidelines!!! I've used this particular tincture for inflammation and I felt good over all because of the frankincense(boswella) benefits! I use this particular tincture myself because of the way they make them.... Hope this help:)
