Usually I use a wide range of herbal products and even pharma tablets but I noticed these in the local supermart and have been taking 3 capsules a day in the morning with water. After about 1 week use I noticed good changes in my vigor and stamina! And no side effects yet. My wife is happy and gave me two thumbs up😆
