Been on this supplement for almost 3 weeks. Consistent appetite suppression kicked in after 8-9 days and it really does curb the cravings and makes me feel very full after a normal meals. Not as hungry throughout the day.Expect headaches for the first week and bloating for the first two. Will be ordering more.

I have been taking this for years.I originally tried it because I read in a women's magazine that it was an appetite suppressant. It did not do that that for me, but I noticed my joint pain was less and looked it up and some folks use it for joint pain. I usually buy the same brand , but this one was a little cheaper so I tried it. The capsules are covered on the outside with the powder from the capsules. Don't know if one broke open or what, but the powder doesn't taste good and is throughout this rather large bottle. Won't buy this brand again.

I was very excited that these supplements would be a vital tool in my weight loss journey. I give them a 6 out of 10 in regards to curbing my appetite. Unfortunately, they also gave me stomach cramps and pain. Which is unacceptable. Many of the reviews say they help with regularity, I wasn't looking for that, I wanted an appetite suppressant. But I'm guessing that whatever it is about this product that helped other consumers with regularity, is the cause of stomach pain and cramps for me. If you have a strong constitution this may work for you. If you do not I'd ABSOLUTELY AVOID PURCHASING THIS and find an appetite suppressant that only works to curb your appetite.

My appetite was taking over - crazy strong hunger pangs, never feeling full or satisfied after meals, making me grumpy. This pill instantly curbed my appetite, with 1 pill at breakfast and 1 pill at dinner time. I feel (mildly) hungry at meal times but don't need to eat in between meals or late at night. I also feel very full and satisfied after eating 1 small meal portion. My energy is still sufficient to keep up with 2 active young children! Stark difference, and exactly what I wanted.
