Estrogen Cream for Menopause Relief

Smells good, works well. Helped with vaginal dryness, energy, arousal. Improved sleep. I may have gotten carried away and used it on my breasts too, but they definitely didn't look this full before so I'm going to credit this little tube. I just use a tiny bit when I remember before bed, and it works great. I'm happy I got it. Easy HRT whether you're trans or cis, and gives you back some autonomy over your life.

I've only used it for a week so far, but it seems to be working great. It absorbs very quickly, not sticky, non staining, no scent. My mood seems a bit more upbeat, considering I've only used it a week I take that as a positive sign and hope with continued use my mood swings become less and less! I've tried one other brand for a few months and had zero improvement so that's why I tried this one. And the ingredients seem to be much more natural as well! My ONLY complaint this far is it does take a few pumps to get the cream to come out consistently when it's a brand new bottle. So those first few days it probably wasn't the correct dosage, but that does get more consistent once you get past first few pumps. I'd definitely buy this again.*Update-Ive used it long enough to make it through my cycle and it truly makes a difference. My mood swings are more stable.

I'm leaving 4 stars b/c of what I was looking for: more energy, more atrophy recovery -I am 45yo female - I'm currently taking vagfem 10mcg 2xs wk - prescribed. I was hoping to take a bit more E to jump start and continue the recovery from vag atrophy. Whoa! this stuff is strong! I was not sure how much to really use. The directions say "nickel" size amount on areas that "need help." - First off, my lady parts are super sensitive to outside forces - HA~ so the 1st day I tried a bit on the inner and outer labia - use caution here as it did burn a bit. It look about 5 days for the burning to stop - even with using vagfem as directed and boric acid inserts. I think it was just too much for me. 2nd day I split up the "nickel" size amount and applied to inner thighs. I could feel something about 30 minutes later. Skin was warm where applied. maybe I imagined the vag tingles due to day before application, but there it was. 3rd day I got overzealous. I applied too much to inner thighs. about 30 minutes later - panic attack (perhaps too high on E? but studies aren't out there. cruising on Reddit, I hear a lot of voices out there saying the same with high E -) this lasted about an hour and a half off and on. 4th day - did not use. was extremely exhausted. 5th day - wow I feel great.I will be holding off on using this for a while until I can figure out best time of day to apply (I did at night, but the energy I got from this doesn't seem to be conducive to sleeping. Also, ladies DO NOT let your men absorb this.)I would say, if you are in perimenopause, taking E is a crap-shoot. I'm still trying to figure out the correct doses for myself to feel optimal. I'm not looking to feel good. I'm looking to feel optimal. So, I know I take it too far at times.I imagine if you are in menopause, a strong dosing might be good - just beware and use your inner thigh to test first few days - not lady parts - that's my advise.

I have been using a different brand for many years, and because they were recently out of stock and then doubled their price where it was available at all, I had no choice but to start looking for an alternative. I have switched to this and there have not been any negatives to switching so far. It is a thinner formula than I was used to, but it’s okay, maybe even a little easier to absorb. I wondered how it would effect me because the herbs were a slightly different combination. But I am pleased with it so far and will probably stick with this, even when/if my former brand comes back in stock.Update: I have continued using this item, and the brand I used to use did come back in stock. The problem is that this item now has an odd smell. I think that it is possibly old. I have noticed this for the past several bottles. I even sent the first one back hoping that it was just that one, but this issue has continued. It is not totally intolerable, but it is very unpleasant and I am now going to start looking for another brand or go back to the one I used to use.

I bought this for my daughter in December. She's been using it since. She said it really does help with dry skin, and her mood swings. She loves the texture and loves how it make her feel in general. She's even asked for some more for her birthday!

this cream is mixed with saws palmetto, chaste tree and dong quai which should never recombined with progesterone as it affects the performance of estrogen in the body. This threw my body way off balance in a very uncomfortable way and I cannot return it. Waste of money. If you buy this contact your doctor first. That's my best advice.Also the label is different on my bottle than the one shown in the photo. I give negative stars on this supplement.

got t today , tried it today , it stung a wee bit when I put it on my face and lips, but I think my face feels not as dry, I was getting desperate for the skin on my face was so dry cracked and flaky I felt like I was morphing into a zombie I have used cold cream and every other kind that professed to restore moisture and left it on and resorted to Vaseline as well but it just seemed to float on top of the dryness . This cream feels like it's penetrating and softening the skin already. we will see what tomorrow brings. my lips were so dry I didn't want to smile for fear they would split and bleed and that has actually happened in spite of the gunk I apply daily, its age and meds I take I know but Geesh!No I won't use it again caused the skin on my face to be dryer and flak even worse than before, my use it elsewhere on my body but defiantly not on my face should have known by the sting when I applied it
