I’ve used this product for several years now and it works well so I didn’t want to give the actual product a bad rating. However, I just wanted to make you all aware of an ongoing problem with Amazon Fulfillment. During the summer months, they continue to damage these probiotics with their shipping methods. For the last shipment, they actually sent them USPS which means that they were put inside of my apartment’s mailbox in 95 degree weather. Needless to say, both boxes are ruined. I took a photo to show the damage. The three on the left are from my current bottle and are good. They’re a very light, white-ish color. The other ones are from this new shipment that was left in the mailbox. They’re brown. I’ve asked repeatedly that these probiotics be shipped differently. Most of the time, that request happens, but several times it doesn’t. Amazon refunded this last shipment, but it’s an inconvenience when this happens. Now, I’m going to just get a probiotic out of the store until it’s cold outside again. So if you’re finding this product to be “ineffective,” check the color. They may have been damaged by the heat during shipping….

I’ve only been talking this for 3 days. I’m absolutely loving this product. I’ve suffered from acid reflux for years. Well this product has calm my stomach. I always felt like I was going to throw up. I do not have those symptoms after taking this product. Thank you for giving my life back. I feel like eating once again.

I have been taking these probiotics for two weeks now and they seem to be doing as they claim. My initial reason for purchasing this product was because my gut was all out of whack. Constipation one day, and the opposite the next, upset tummy after eating, bloating and gas...all of the above. After about a week, I did not notice much difference other than the gas and bloating had decreased. At the start of week two some discomfort set in - constipation and uncomfortable bloating (similar to PMS symptoms for ladies). I did a little research and found that this is common and occurs because your body is getting used to the new bacteria. I found that a glass of milk in the morning soothed these symptoms and within a few days they were gone completely. Now, I feel great!! Food does not upset my stomach every time I eat, I am not bloated, and I actually don't have the hunger feeling as often. I do want to mention that this pill has an awful taste/smell. It's a medium sized capsule but it almost gags me each day because of the taste/smell. Still, I would recommend giving this product a try!

A high quality probiotic. Quality assurance through third party testing, a high diversity of strains. Worth the price

Great product, BUT company sends this large bottle with very FEW PILLS! — only half filled. They should use bottle one half the size

This is an excellent product. Noticed a change after a few days. It is a very effective product. It’s a little pricey but if you can afford it, worth it

I generally have good digestion, but thought adding this product to my self-care would at least not be harmful and at best help maintain my digestive strength during the winter months. I took this for 3 days and it took 2 weeks for my digestion to return to what I would consider "regular" and "normal". I also had extremely low energy and no appetite for those two weeks. Unfortunately by the time I tried the product a couple weeks after I received it, and decided to NOT try again, I missed the window to return this product. Natural foods with pre and probiotics, such as ACV, yogurt, Kefir, Kombucha, and other fermented foods and helpful digestive spices and teas - these are good food based additions to help with digestion. I will never experiment with this type of product again!
