Easy to use
Got for it if you what to track ur new born baby weight regularly but after 3 months as the baby grows it will be bit hard to make the baby to sleep on it otherwise no issuesAnd good thing is we can use it for both babies and adults. After 3 months until the baby can sit them selves it will be bit tricky to control the baby to sleep on tray

Not working after 1 month
It is not working after 1 month. Have called n number of times to customer care, but they never respond to call. Please let me know how can I exchange the product. I have hardly used the product thrice for my new born baby. Dr. Trust please help me out

Multi purpose weighing machine
The first product I received was a defective one. Since you cant return this product, they will replace it if manufacturing defect. Replacement was done without any issue and the new machine working fine. No issues at all.
