Boiron Sabina 30C Homeopathic Medicine for Menstruation - 80 Pellets

For the past few years, I’ve suffered intense cramping & ridiculously heavy flows on the second & third days of my period (saturating both an overnight pad AND super plus tampon EACH HOUR with bright red blood and half dollar size clots resembling liver). My iron levels are in the toilet (literally), not to mention the embarrassment of leaks and frequent bathroom trips while at work. And do I have to mention practically diapering up at night?!? And it’s only getting worse as my uterine fibroids (the supposed medical reason for this misery) continue to grow. Desperate for a reprieve, this month I gave Sabina a whirl. Originally under the impression the proper dose was x5 pellets under the tongue 3x/day, I experienced zero improvement on day one of my period. Seriously disappointed (as all my research pointed to this remedy), I went to the manufacturers website and learned the correct dose is 5 pellets every 30 minutes until symptoms subside. Bingo! I’m delighted to report after 7 doses (three and one half hours), my flow slowed to one soaked tampon every 2-3 hours on my second day, and third day I am down to no back up pad and only partially soaked tampon every 2-3 hours. This is incredible. I get my life back! I don’t know if the results will last long term, so I’ve ordered more for next month, but so far I am beyond pleased. Just a few tips for those new to homeopathic remedies - never touch the pellets with your fingers & don’t swallow them whole, let them dissolve under the tongue. Avoid food and water for at least 5 minutes before/after dose.

I love boiron. I have horrible periods sometimes lasting two weeks or more. Some nights I get up four two five times to change pads. I only used this one month so far but it reduced my days significantly. I have tried to control this problem with other natural things and I was not successful. I ordered more and am hoping for continued success.

I’m not sure it it helped or that the change in my diet helped. I still had a very heavy flow, but less pain.
