Great help for a heavy person with limited mobility. However it is quite “slippery “ so I ADVISE CAUTION, ESPECIALLY IF ONE LIVES ALONE OR DOES NOT HAVE FAST REACTION TIMES. One might be surprised to find oneself sitting on the floor!. While it’s a great help, without some planning and having supports one can grab on to, one might easily slide to the floor or otherwise fall if one tried to reposition oneself while using it initially. or until one is used to using it.Another thing to be aware of...I have one I use to slide into the drivers seat of my car. The first time I used it in this way, when I went to get back in the car IT WASN’t THERE! A relative helped me look for it. We found it across the lawn from the car. Fortunately it was not a very windy day. Needless to saw I was not aware that when I got out of the car it started to come with me! I was distracted by the person coming out to meet me and never realized what had happened. I plan to try to attach it to the front seat using a piece of elastic and heavy duty adhesive backed hook & loop closure. If it comes out while I am exiting on a windy day, without some type of attachment, it has the potential to take a “trip alone” with the possibility of never being see again.One problem I had with the second one I bought was that the edge was fraying considerably. I should probably have exchanged it but with all that has been happening I decided to trim it for now and should it start up again I can apply some fabric “glue” made for this purpose.

I luuuuv this tubular car slide. I was amazed how easily I sat on it and sliiiid right onto the car seat. It so took the pressure off my arthritic right hip. I didn't understand "tubular" in the description when I bought it, but that's what lets it slide = it rubs against itself as it rolls you in.

This slide sheet is so helpful. The ease of sliding, with a slide board and this sheet, to and from a car seat is amazing. Wish I knew about this a long time ago.

This item is not intended to be washed in a washing machine. Hand washing with cool water is as good as it gets. Then air dry it. I forgot and threw it in a load with a warm water wash and then put the entire load in the dryer. What a huge mistake! The coating melted and got all over my washer and dryer. I can't really blame the manufacturer, but be warned... you must be very careful when cleaning this item.

I was skeptical at first when ordering, but after using it yesterday to take my 82 year old mom to a doctors appointment, I was amazed at how simple and easy to use it actually was. If you are caring for someone with mobility issues and have trouble getting them into a car, this thing actually works wonders. Instructions are not that great, however a simple YouTube search for how to use explains it perfectly. So glad I found this product!

I bought this to help get my disabled daughter into my truck. It works better then I thought it would. I’m going to get another one for the shower bench!Great!

This is a good product I have been bedridden for several months after a back injury but I was already in a wheelchair this has helped me transfer from bed to wheelchair with less effort I'm glad I bought this it will help you if you need help in this area (in my opinion)

These make transferring my mom so much easier!! Can't recommend it enough!!
