This is biodegradable soap for everything! While camping it gets used for showering, hand washing, dishes, clothing, etc. It's better than using other soaps or even having dawn with you. As these all have strong scents that attract animals to investigate your things. Bears, raccoons, and dogs seem to be attracted to smelly soaps.This is an excellent alternative to smelly soaps and it washes just as well as dawn!It seriously works fantastically on pots and pans, and is very good at cutting through grease. I don't use it on cast iron cookware but because you should never use soap on cast iron.Also, a teeny tiny drop goes a long long way. It's easy to use too much of it and waste so.e, so be aware that you don't accidentally overdo it.

Works great washing the day off

This may seem like a small bottle. However, this soap must be very highly concentrated. It really doesn't take but a tiny drop to provide plenty of suds and cleaning power. The multi purpose use of this makes it awesome for backpacking/hiking. Be aware, even though it is "Bio degradable and environmentally friendly", be sure not to use this near streams or other wilderness that may still be negatively impacted by the item. However, that's nothing against this product, that can be said for anything.I've used this as shampoo, body wash, washing hands, and cleaning dishes. It leaves a pretty nice scent without being overbearing or odd smelling.

I recently walked El Camino de Santiago. I walked the Camino Frances, which is roughly 500 miles of hiking. I had to handwash my own clothes, and the dishes I carried, not to mention my body. This soap lathers well, and lasted me the full 5 weeks that I hiked. Now keep in mind, this is not Tide, your clothes will not be smelling fresh and machine washed, but they are clean, and as a long distance hiker, I would reccomend this. It is lightweight, and I used it on practically anything that needed to be cleaned. 1 drop would wash my hands, and just a few drops would do an outfit, and when I ran out of the bar soap i had for my body, this came in handy the last week or so.
