Do not try this if you don't know how to cook it.
This is a very good product, of course. Deep flavor, enough MSG-like taste, easy to use, easy to store.. ETC..But these are only true 'WHEN YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT'. A more convenient version of this food can be found with 'Ottogi 3 Minute Jjajang'. This is the major ingredient of that food - just more deep flavor with requiring more cooking skills. If you are not familiar with 'Jjajang', try '3 Minute Jjajang' first and come back later.

Convenience
I usually make jjajangmen and the Chinese version by scratch. The Ottogi jjajang cubes provides me the convenience and ease of making jjajangmen without really sacrificing the taste. I had followed the suggested recipe of one of the posters in the questions and answers section of Amazon and thought it was pretty good. My only complaint is that the box doesn't have any instructions in English.

If you know jjajangmyun (짜장면) and wanna make some, this is the best sauce out there.Easy to use and taste amazing.I usually make Jjajang pasta with spaghetti noodles and it's delicious.Recommend.

I've been craving jajangmyeon forever!!! This made it so easy!! Make sure open the box and look for the instructions. I thought there weren't any lol also just watch any video on how to make it to figure out exactly how to make it if you aren't familiar.

It is easy to cook and delicious.
I could make a noodle dish with this sauce and I like it.Currently, I try not to go to restraint often because of COVID19. And it was a small but delicious pleasure.
