Q: which of these haulers are able to carry a large bike like my CRF 450?

The mx600 would have no problem with the crf 450. I carry a suzuki dr650 on the back of my class c motorhome and hardly even feel it driving down the road. My bike weighs about 350 lbs, gas and all.

Q: Can you use this carrier on class A RV ???

This is not recommended to be used on any RV or 5th Wheel Trailer

Q: Why the two hitch pins that are included with the MX-600M...1/2 pinch bolt, 5/8 hitch pin.....is there a reason one would use one or the other?

Because the hole in your hitch receiver is going to be 1/2 or 5/8 and you use the appropriate pin for the hole to secure the carrier.
