Garbage. You can find this brand at Walmart for $12. The cord did not retract. I purchased for my mother and had to return it. Feels and looks cheap. The price is ridiculous.

I bought this product during a cyber sale for $30. The retail value was listed as $79. Honestly, the piece of junk in barely worth $10. It looks like a kids' toy toaster. It's made of very flimsy material and although it advertises "wide-slots", it can barely fit a medium size piece of bread and really struggles to toast a bagel. My previous toaster (which I bought at Target for $20) was far superior. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this product.

The first toaster I was sent had a defective bagel roasting function. Amazon sent me a replacement. The replacement toaster is defective in the exact same way. This is a very cheap quality no name brand toaster. It also smells like burnt plastic when you use it. The other reviews must be fraudulent.

This toaster has the shortest cord I’ve ever seen on a toaster. I had to return it because it doesn’t reach my outlet. It also doesn’t fit regular bagels or the Pepperidge farm bread that I buy. Other than that it seems okay

I have been on a mission to find a toaster that toasts evenly on both sides. The first piece that I tried with this toaster was upsetting because I thought I have bought the solution to my problem. One side was okay but the other side was too dark and I have to scrape it off to eat my toast. I will contact customer service about returning it.
