5 Star Customer Service
These do exactly what they're supposed to, but the real treat is their customer service. We have ordered a three pack, and then three more individual ones. Two of the individuals have been different shades of white. Just messaged them with pictures of the original shade, and they made sure to find us matching shades and send new ones.

Pricier than others but hits every check box
I was hoping to find a frame that could meet the following requirements:-hang with one nail on the wall-can swap out vinyl discs whenever I fancied-provide UV protection for the artwork-preferably glass or high quality, scratch free plastic paneLuckily this frame was able to fulfill all the requirements. The only down side is that the pane is plastic and not glass. But given that you can hang this frame with one nail on the wall, you would need to use lightweight material to accomplish this. The frame uses good quality materials, seems well designed and thought out. I especially love the fact that I can easily swap out the disc on display to another without having to disassemble the frame or even remove it from the wall altogether. The front pane slides up and forward to allow space to pull the current disc on display and easily slide another in place. The worst part of this frame is the price, but you get what you pay for. I bought a few frames before landing on this one and this is the one that I liked best.

Good
I really like the way these look and I like that they are stably affixed to the wall. However, when you open them, they do seem a little unsteady and sometimes the front panel pops off. I think I have the hang of it now, and I prefer these 2 a frame that I have to disassemble every time that I want to listen to my prized records, so I kept them. As I said, they do look nice though.

A tight fit for a 4 LP gatefold, but it works!!
Bought this for my boyfriend to frame a 4LP gatefold that was signed for Christmas. Though it didn't snap all around the border of the frame and is quite the squeeze, it DID latch on the very top to secure it. To release it, it is a push-back-and-lift motion. We are very happy with this frame! Though we have not hung it on the wall yet, I am reporting that it has not snapped open while being handled as a gift or handled. I had to teach my boyfriend how to open it up. He was able to figure out how to secure it again quickly with no problem. The packaging was very sturdy and frame came in great condition.Just wanted to throw this out there for anyone looking for a frame that has a little give for albums containing up to 4 LPs. It is worth the price.

Exactly What I Was Looking For
I bought this around 2 years ago and I have been very happy with it. I wanted a frame to display the current record that I was playing and had a way to easily exchange the record. This frame does exactly this. It frames the record well and is extremely easy to switch out when you put on a different record. Some of the other reviews have noted poor quality and/or high price. While I do agree the price might be a little high, I've used it so much that it's well worth it personally. For the quality, the frame itself is plastic. I do not find it flimsy though. It can fit normal records and gatefold double albums well and looks good on the wall. For me, I'm looking more at the album art than the thing that frames it.After 2 years, it still hold up well.

Look nice, but finicky latch mechanism
These look really nice when they work. The molded plastic latch is not designed very well. There is so much shrinkage of the plastic during the manufacturing process that the latch on all 3 of my frames *barely* engages. It requires patient and careful closing of the frame to ensure it doesn't just flop open as soon as you take your hand off it. I would have preferred a solid and reassuring "click", and it looks like that's what the designer probably anticipated without taking into account the material shrinkage after molding.I bought a package of 3. When I opened the first frame and saw how warped the plastic latch was I thought I would definitely be returning that frame. When I opened the other two and saw the same thing I figured there was no point in exchanging them, and I had better just see if I could make use of them. Sure enough, they are quite finicky to close. I am surprised they stay closed when people walk near them with heavy footsteps, but, so far, they do. I've had them on the wall for about a month and they do look quite nice.
