Get to Sleep Faster
I would give this 4.5 stars. Works great. It took a few nights to get used to the taste, it isn't so bad now. I have trouble getting to sleep and this seems to do the trick.

If chalk was a flavor option it'd be spot on
The taste is pretty bad. I thought it would be like a pleasant night time mint flavor. It was the chalkiest mint flavor I've ever had. Tums taste better.
