Really works great on cramping

Size of horse pills
The are so large as big as a horse pill. I have to crush them as I cannot swallow them . Wish I knew that before I ordered. Please read reviews before ordering.I am female maybe men can swallow easier than a woman.

The pill is way bigger the. What’s pictured in the bottle which makes it really difficult to swallow unless you cut the pill into pieces.

I’m not sure if this is the real thing. I compared label to otherNOW products that I have when ordering directly. This one looks like a copied print and you can barely read the ingredients.
