Worth it!
I absolutely love this book. I bought it for songwriting, and it’s perfect. It’s thick and sturdy, the paper quality is wonderful and the leather binding is gorgeous!

Look elsewhere
I keep a journal yearly. The brand I have used for years is no longer available so I searched and found this one. Didn't really need its format but thought I could work with it. Arrived promptly - both parts of it! The cover and the totally separated signature. poorly made doesn't begin to describe it. There are too many good ones out there to tolerate this!

I love it...
I am impressed with this journal. The paper is so gentle and soft to the touch. It easily accepts my fountain pen ink without smear or running. It is handmade. The oil rub prevents the leather smell from shining through. However the leather will last forever. My overall feeling is that it is made with love and care. The journal is actually bigger than I expected. It has 360 pages counting both sides. The paper is also listed as archival quality and is cotton based which explains its softness. Looks like it will last a very long, long time.
