The Court Reporter's Reference of Realtime Conflicts Paperback – November 24, 2012

While Mr. Wick does offer a lengthy list of conflicts you will encounter while writing, he does not offer any suggestions for resolutions. I expected this book to outline conflicts and provide ideas of how to write them differently. Anyone who has spent any time at all as a court reporter (or student) knows which conflicts arise most frequently and can foresee problems with many others. What we need to know is HOW to differentiate those (i.e. pair/pear/pare.) I have since joined an internet steno club that addresses that, which is far more helpful for the serious realtime writer than Mr. Wick's book.
