Ignitor worked first time after install
ignitor worked on the first try..i purchased two for my client. The most difficult part of the installation was to get the two wires zip tied after the install. I am 6'5 with large hands which made getting behind the cabinet difficult..i didn't disconnect the stove pipe and just replaced the ignitor with the stove in place. I hope this helps

Made a big difference
My old igniter got weak and was failing to light. This took about 30 minutes to install. Would likely take 15 now that I know the process. You don't need to take the burnpot out. But it does make it easier to work with and I recommend cleaning the holes with an allen wrench while in there. You'll need to clip the wire ties from the back and feed enough through to be able to work with it from the front and ensure you don't lose them after you unplug it.Pay attention to the side the wires are on before you unclip it from the cradle.Remember to pull the slack wires back out from the back so the insulated part of the wires is back far enough into the stove. After replacing the stove lights up fast and no longer dumps pellets into the ashbin.

Two years dead
Update 1/25 Igniter is dead. Got only two years out of it.Update 3/24It seems the igniter is working again. Its been over a month and no problems of not igniting. My five year old Harman stove would not light. I talked to my Harman dealer and he mentioned its the igniter. He mentioned you can go aftermarket, or go with an original Harman igniter. He priced the igniter at Harman at $200.00 or $40.00 for an aftermarket. He added, go with original or you will be sorry.Talking to a friend who has a pellet stove, he mentioned that he bought an aftermarket igniter and it only lights every once in a while.I decided to check online to see if I could find the part cheaper and came across all these cheap aftermarket igniters touting all their great features.... Sure enough, I could not pass on the cheap price. Bought this one in December 23 and now its Feb 24 and the thing does not light. I should of listened to the two people who warned me about these cheap chinese products. Not I have to take my stove apart and install a new Harman igniter. Lesson learned.

Nailed it, literally
Harman XXV stove. Igniter fit perfectly in the bracket and is a good replacement. We have three pellet stoves in the house and one in the garage/shop. This one gets used the most. Running about 18 hrs a day from mid Oct, to mid April. This is an easy part to replace and inexpensive, takes about 15 minutes. One thing that is helpful is to use a 10 d nail, bent over 90 degrees about 3/4 in from the point, to hold and align the mounting screw holes in the bracket on reassembly. The two 1/4" head screws are a little awkward to work with, the nail inserted through one hole in the fire pot will align the bracket and you can hold it while starting the the other screw, snug it up then remove the nail and put in the remaining screw.

Good igniter, but had to do a minor modification to install.
The quality looks great and the igniter fit the holder well. The only problem I had was the connectors plastic insulators were larger than the originals. They wouldn't fit through the hole on my XXV Harmon to connect to the wiring. I cut off the plastic on the igniter wires and was able to install ok. It did remove one layer of protection, but the wiring protectors were sufficient to prevent any shorts. The igniter works great.

No issues
Product worked fantastic. It was a little shorter than the original on my Harman P43-C, but it is a fraction of the cost for OEM. As long as I get two years out of it I'll keep buying these.

So so
Direct replacement for harman P61. Install was easy (watch YouTube video) and it took care of the problem as old igniter was not doing its job. Now I've got red Amber's and flame before initial burn pot fill up at start. Only issue I've noticed is that just 1/2 of the igniter actually ignites. Not a deal breaker but it only starts up left side of burn pot (as pictured) then spreads to the right as flame grows. Makes for an uneven burn at startup but works eventually.Update... after many more startups it is clear the right side of this igniter is NOT igniting at all. What ends up happening is ledt side becomes tall and proud then auger feeds 2nd round of pellets as right side is barely lit. This results in unburned pellets dropping off edge into ash pan. Not what I was hoping for at all.
