So good! Highly recommend this book for beginner herbalist / natural remedy enthusiasts. I have learned a great deal because of this book and many remedies have helped me and my loved ones. There is a rash remedy that works every time when I break out and I love having this in my library. Overall I would recommend this book 100%!!!!

I was hoping for more complex, instead of just basic everyday things, especially for dealing with more serious health concerns on a day to day basis, none the less, a fairly good book. I used the ear oil recipe, and worked very well.
