Super quiet
Great replacement motor. Our previous one was making all sorts of noise it souch more enjoyable now. The only thing is it does not come with the nuts for the post bolts. Make sure to keep these when you are unistalling the old fan motor.

Easy to install and great value for the money

Shaft too long.
I have an old Nutone model 663LN that the manufacturer of this motor states is compatible with my model. However, as stated by another buyer of this motor the shaft of the motor that the fan blade sits on is too long h ofand hits the inside of the fan housing. I also had to grind down the length of the motor shaft about a 1/4 inch to fit the unit's housing. Not a big deal but if you don't have a bench grinder or angle grinder this could be a problem. Other than that the motor unit is an easy plug and play install and runs great.

Nice to replace a rattling fan to a lot quieter!
Installing was easy once to pull out out the old fan. I did have to change the 2 motor screws from the side to the other side.

Very quiet and easy to install
I bought this to replace an old, noisy fan motor. Installed in about 10 minutes. Suction power was about the same but was much quieter. Very satisfied.

Motor works fine, shaft was too long.
The motor seems to work fine, and is relatively quiet. However, I had to cut down the shaft, as it was too long. The fan blade seems to be slightly warped, so that causes a little noise. Had the shaft been the right length, it would have been a fast and easy install. Had it fit like I believed it was supposed to, I would rate it 5 stars.

Backwards but adjustable.
The motor was backwards for my bathroom fan. It was as simple as unscrewing the bolts, flipping the motor to the other side and putting the bolts back in(makes sure you’re moving the motor, not the bolts due to the way it’s threaded.)

Easy to install quiet fan replacement
The fan motor and blades are easy to assemble. They fit perfectly into my old fan housing which saved a lot of extra work. Their operation is quiet as well.
