Poor workmanship
Failed within 2 wks minimal use. worked great for 2 wks, then blew unit fuse, replaced fuse only to take out controller. Heater resistance was 200 ohms now 35 Ohms and shorted to outer jacket. Last heater lasted 5 years and failed open circuit, not impressed

Seems to work fine
Just installed in my pellet stove and seems to work fine. Exactly the same as the one it replaced. Mine is a Quadra Fire stove.
