UPDATE 8/17/22 - So I reached out to the company a few times. It took a little bit, but they finally got back to me. They asked questions to figure out what the problem was, and ended up sending out another pack of toner. After installing them, the problem completely disappeared! The first pack I got was a dud, however this pack is great! No problems and I'm more than half way thru. That's the kind of service I love. Will continue to buy from them moving forward, great price!I really wanted to like these, especially After so many had good reviews. Unfortunately, just like the negative reviews, these are junk and not as good as others. I tried all the fixes for it, as well as tips and tricks to no avail. These cartridges are nearly full, so it's not that. I bought multiple packs of paper, not that. Finally I used my previously removed genuine cartridges, and guess what? No problems printing. I guess I'm out the $60 and now have to get new ones.

The replacement cartridge arrived in a timely manner in good condition. I haven’t had any problems with it so far. I appreciated how helpful the CSR was in facilitating an easy return/replacement

I do not recommend this product. My initial purchase of this product in 2020 was perfect and did not experience any issues. My 2nd purchase in 2021 made the documents unreadable. I always like to keep a full set on hand incase I run out of toner. I didn't start experiencing issues until I put this second set in the printer in early 2022. I thought the printer had been made poorly and actually stopped using the printer for about 6 months. I decided to investigate the issue yesterday as it is my only printer and ran the printer through several maintenance steps which did not resolve the issue. The picture of the print out from the printer is used to auto adjust graduation and the printer cannot recognize it because it is so bad. I found a video online which showed that the issue is the poor quality of the cartridges themselves. The image with the drums, should not have any toner on the blue rollers. The cartridge on the bottom is the black one and for some reason has blue toner on it. The cyan one is above it with some yellow toner, the next one is magenta with some yellow and the top one us yellow. Notice there are lines on the drums near the outside edges of the blue drums. This is where scratches or grooves exist in the drums causing toner to leak out. Additionally, according to the video I watched, there are wiper blade like things inside the toner cartridges that press against the blue drum controlling toner release. Those also appear to be worn out as there is toner where there shouldn't be. These are practically brand new toner cartridges and should not be in this state so soon. Unless these rebuilt toner cartridges where just refilled, cleaned up and resold without the internal components being replaced.

Years ago when manufactured ink and toner cartridges first started to hit the market I was excited to give them a try and save money. But they proved to be a hassle, seeming to always cause print error messages, didn't seem to print as many pages as OEM cartridges and worst of all, and the final straw, I had one leak all over the inside of my printer. I was extremely disappointed and never tried them again... until now.As the office manager of my company I am in charge of purchasing supplies, including ink and toner.While trying to think of ways to save money during the 'covid crunch' I decided to give remanufactured ink cartridges another chance. It's been over a decade after all; surely they've worked out the bugs by now, right?RIGHT!!!!I've been using this toner for a while now and I have to say, I wish I had given them another shot YEARS ago, both at home AND at work! These are less than half the price of a set of OEM toner cartridges and work EXACTLY THE SAME. If the cold hard cash savings isn't enough, you get to feel good about supporting the use of recycled ink cartridges and not contributing to more garbage in the landfill!These cartridges are a no brainer and I highly recommend you give them a shot. You wont be disappointed!

Update - 5/22:The company reached out to me in an attempt to make things right. They did this even though it was well outside of the return period. They offered 3 options: 1. An amazon gift card, 2. A full refund, or 3. a replacement. They were apologetic and seemed to really want to make things right. This was a refreshing experience, as many companies today seem to look for ways to not cover things under a warranty. Yet this company, whose warranty period was out, went above and beyond to make things right. Because of this, the next time I'm need of toner I will give this company another chance.Original review:I purchased these on April 22, 2021. They weren't installed until last month (the original factory cartridges lasted a LOT longer than anticipated). They were kept sealed, in a climate controlled room. They worked great for about 10 prints - then there were wide yellow lines across the pages. Soon after, the black stopped working (less than 100 prints).The good:Price. These are WAY cheaper than factory toner cartridges.Shipping speed - these arrived in a timely mannerThe not so good:Doesn't matter how cheap they are if they don't last more than 10 pages before experiencing issues.The yellow cartridge had issues after about 10 pagesThe black cartridge stopped putting anything on paper after less than 100 pages.room for improvement:based on my example, pretty much everything.
