Simba Stratos® Pillow 50 x 75cm - Supportive & Cooling

I guess you do pay for the quality of the product and in this case it is no different. I was lucky to come across these pillows when they were 50% off which was a godsend. £60 for one pillow does seem a bit over the top for me personally but the pillows are actually very good quality!I had been searching for good supportive pillows which I wasn't finding very easily. When I came across these I was sceptical and with the price, a little worried. But they are amazing and give the best comfort and support imaginable! Very happy with this purchase.-Miss M.

Ordered a couple of these as I'd felt a Simba pillow before, wasn't the same type I had felt before. they are comfy and supportive but quite firm. Good as a supportive pillow below a soft one if you prefer.

I had mixed feelings about a £60 pillow. But then, paying £25 for a pillow that needs replaced every 9 months or so wasn't much of an economy either. So, when I say this on Today's deals for £40 I decided to take the plunge. Its not a billowy pillow - if your head disappearing into a soft pillow is your thing this isn't for you. Its quite firm, but very comfortable. I took no time to get used to it and am sleeping better than ever. I'm glad I decided to buy it.

I’ve had this pillow for roughly a year now and I did find at first it improved my neck and shoulder pain. I found it a little difficult to get used but soon I slept very well with it, and couldn’t sleep with any other pillow.But, over time it has become thin and lost its shape. I am a side sleeper so it is no longer supporting me properly, my neck and shoulders are beginning to hurt again. I am disappointed in having to replace it just after a year though luckily I bought it in the sale for £30, if I had spent £60 I would be very disappointed.I won’t be buying a SIMBA pillow again, they’re overpriced and not good value for money if you have to replace them every year.

This pillow was decent when we first purchased it, but after a year, its quality declined rapidly. The stuffing shifts to the sides or top, leaving a thin and uneven surface where my head rests. It's become extremely uncomfortable, causing neck and shoulder pain every morning. I’ve even woken up multiple times during the night to try and readjust the filling, but it's now unusable. Considering it only lasted a year, the quality is very disappointing.

I had really bad back aches , thought it was from working from home so have changed my office chair then bought a new mattress but still it hurt … turns out all I needed was good quality pillows , after a week of using these the pain started to go and now has completely gone. Got these on a deal so keep an eye out. 100% worth the money.

For me, this pillow is more comfortable than the more expensive Simba Hybrid pillow. It’s shape is easier on my neck, as a side sleeper. I find it supportive but soft. It’s not particularly hot in warm weather, unlike some pillows.If you are a side sleeper, it works best on a slightly softer mattress (like Simba’s own), otherwise it’s slightly thin for my liking. For harder mattresses, I tend to prop it up with a towel.Overall, I’m really pleased with it.

Firstly, pillows are very personal things - what may be lovely and comfy for one person, may not be for another. This pillow is not cheap but has good reviews so I thought I would try one out. Unfortunately I didn't get a good night's sleep. Great for my neck - didn't wake up with any aches or pains but I just didn't sleep deeply. Although made of memory foam, I found both sides of the pillow too hard for me (there is a firm side and softer side). So to be clear, pillow is well made, nothing wrong with the quality. The poor stars are because it didn't tick any of the boxes for me. Don't let that put you off, you may buy these and think they are wonderful. Have to say I had no trouble at all sending them back for a refund.
