Smoked brisket, roast and ham are perfectly sliced for sandwiches. This slicer is a beast.
This meat slicer worked great the first time we used it. We have used it on leftover roast beef to make open faced roast beef sandwiches. We also used it for thinner sliced meat for lunch sandwiches. It was also used to slice smoked brisket for an excelled deli sandwich. Easy to clean. We have not use the blade sharpening feature yet but will try it when needed.

Not Commercial!
This might be ok for home use but it is definitely not a commercial slicer. Couldn't even cut soft cheese!

It has been used see photos
The product has obviously been used and put back in the box the blade was dirty those scratches where you can see from the photos that I took. I don’t believe this was brand new I believe that it was shipped out after someone else returned it so I am returning it now

Just received it - no power
I would like to see if it can be repaired or returned, I have 4 yr warranty on this item. It looks great! But it would be nice to use it.

This product is not apprived in us for use in ohio. No nsf rating on specs but on the box it is. Weird construction.
