Sport-Brella Super-Brella SPF 50+ Sun and Rain Canopy Umbrella for Camping

This was a great purchase for the ball field and the beach alike. It does a wonderful job blocking the sun and we can fit 2 beack chairs and even regular size chairs in the shade it provides. The little pockets on the inside are perfect for phones, keys and even snacks. The windows are a great addition to let a little breeze blow through. Set up/take down is so simple my 7 year old can do it and it all fits nicely right back in the carry case. I opted for a "used" one that came in near perfect condition, couldn't even tell it had been used apart from one tiny little rub mark on the outer layer that does not effect usage at all. For the price I put this was an absolute steal.

This is a great product! We had a regular beach umbrella but could only fit one person under it depending on where the sun was. It’s easy to put up and take down! Keeps the sun off you and can fit more than one person under it! Looks nice and love the color! It even has little windows that you can unzip to allow air flow so it’s not hot under it!

These umbrellas were absolutely perfect! They can stand straight up or slant them in the sand to block the sun. Plenty of space, easy to put up. They have windows that zip up on the side to allow a nice breeze. They were durable and excellent for the beach!

I got this umbrella on big sale. ($36? I have to double check. Something like that.) Had I not got it on sale I might have thought it was not worth the price. Opens nicely. We used it on a sand beach. None of the stakes or any manner of trying to hold it down kept it from blowing away. We unzipped the windows for airflow and to try to help it not blow away. It blew away 4 times and there was not a strong wind. We even packed inner pockets with shoes and stuff. If I were to try to use it on the beach again I would not even attempt it without sand bags for weights. The carry bag has no durability. We took it to the local beach the one time, transported, used it, put it back in the bag, brought it home, and the fabric ripped on the end of the carry case while I was being super gentle trying to not rip the carry case. There wasn't anything different I could have done to be gentle on the case. So no for durability on the carry case. The umbrella - it blew away four times in a gentle wind and survived fine. I think if it was assembled with stakes in lawn or dirt it would maybe hold. If I use it again it will be in the yard or pile camp site camping. Again for the sale price I would think it was worth it for this use. But I would say it cannot be used on a beach. (There was so little wind! The stakes were in sand.) The umbrella itself is nice and I think many people would enjoy it. It remained intact despite the tumbles in the wind. I recommend this product IF you get it on sale and use on SOIL or DIRT surface to hold stakes.

This thing is great for our baseball games! The pole is a little finicky but the stakes hold it in place well. It’s incredible easy to set up and the metal pole is much more sturdy than the plastic pole of another brand I tried. It’s easy to set up and take down and fits back into the bag easily. I would definitely recommend!

Looking back, I wish I had seen the review and recc for the Sport Brella. As the reviewer said, seems like a better version of this. Got this for the labor day beach weekend and glad I did. It was a welcome addition to our shade camp! It is super lightweight and thus easy to carry over your shoulder (though a bit cumbersome handling due to it's 55" length). Do yourself a huge favor and bring a rubber mallet or beachstake with you when setting this up at the beach. I used a mallet to pound the lower half of the pole into the wet sand which anchors it better than you trying to push it into the sand. On a no wind day the stakes aren't necessary, but any breeze over 3-5 mph and you MUST anchor this umbrella with the included stakes/tethers. The stakes are good quality metal vs. cheap plastic which seem to come with most other tents/shades. The stakes and lines can get in the way and you must be careful and warn others of their location so they don't walk into them or trip over them when the umbrella is upright. I didn't try this with the umbrella on its side like in the pictures, we used it straight up. People really complain about the friction lock lever that joins the umbrella to the base stake. I didn't have any problems with mine . My only gripe is one of the tether lines plastic clip broke. Other than that, happy with the purchase and performance of this product. BUT if I could do it over, I would opt for the SPORT BRELLA.

This would be a 5☆ rating if the SLIGHTEST breeze didn't make it take flight. It goes up as easily as opening any umbrella, and packs away just as easily. Unfortunately if using it for a beach shade, you will be chasing the umbrella all day instead of enjoying the beach. I tried using it on a rare day when there wasn't even a noticeable breeze, let alone normal beach wind. I used corkscrew stakes I purchased separately as the stakes that come with it pull right out of sand. The umbrella still kept lifting off the ground, and rolling down the beach. Im sure we entertained the other beachgoers. I was not happy with its constant movement . If they could find some way to make this secure, it would be an awesome shade tent. I really wanted to give this a 5☆rating due to ease of set up and break down ( I've tried many types) , but it just wouldn't stay put! . It does go into the carrying sheath easily, and I like EVERYTHING ELSE about it. The little windows make it nice to see what's around you,and being "screened" windows, it helped keep sand from coming in on me. 2 adults could fit comfortably underneath this,and with room to move around. The material is sturdy and not too thin.

Tiene buen tamaño. Su principal característica es la prácticidad. Nosotros somos 4 y cabemos exactamente. Es decir más de 4 sería difícil y contando 4 porque uno es un menor. Pero tiene buena calidad y su sistema no se siente fràgil, parece que nos va a durar mucho si lo tratamos con cuidado .

Lo avevamo visto "in uso" sulle spiagge della costa azzurra lo scorso anno e ci siamo informati subito per poterlo acquistare. E' un ottimo ombrellone che sostituisce agevolmente anche le cosidette "tendine" tanto in voga negli ultimi anni permettendo un migliore passaggio di aria. Noi la utilizziamo molto nella posizione riportata in foto, ovvero "sdraiata" perchè è talmente grande che ci si può stare comodamente seduti sotto. L'acquisto è arrivato in una decina di giorni. Unica pecca, proprio per il prodotto che è e per il peso che ha, è la sacca custodia da portare a tracolla. Di tessuto troppo sottile che, temo, si romperà presto.

Ciertamente es lo que deseaba. No pasa el viento y da una sombra fresca que hace que se pueda comer debajo de maravilla. Bien acabada y facil de montar y desmontar. Aun no le encontraria un pero

Cet article est excellent. Il est spacieux et protège très bien les peaux sensibles. Seul petit regret l'explication de montage est "légère" et en anglais mais regardez éventuellement les vidéos you tube (mieux "parlantes")

Arrived the next day! Great Quality, bigger than expected and used for shelter and shade. Exactly what we needed for the beach and beyond.
