Originally I was put off this cheap pottery wheel as the limited size was a concern. However I thought about it and decided to buy it. After testing the product I realised the throw platform size could be increased to around 20 cm by simply hot gluing a circle piece of wood on it, now I can throw more clay. I wouldn’t go much bigger however as I am not sure if the machine could handle that much weight. Overall if you want a nice little potters wheel for the price this is a bargain.

Product as described and does what it says on the tin. Only issue I had was when plugging in to a usb supply it did not work. Tried several supplies with no success. Eventually after opening it up to investigate I found there was a loose wire. So I Screwed it back in place and we’re back in business. Simple machines with not much to them as you can see from the picture.

Purchased mini potters wheel after trying a full one first. It arrived well packed so couldn't get damaged. Only thing it could of done with was a plug. Comes with USB lead but no plug. Worked well, the variable speed is good. The tool kit is good as well. Well worth the money.

I have never done any pottery before and I wanted something to learn in isolation. I used air drying clay and found it fun and relaxing. I need to work on finessing the fine details though

Does what it says on the tin. Good product overall.
